Amsterdam Escape Terms and Conditions
All apartments have a Check in time of 2PM, If you arrive before 2PM and your apartment is ready you are more than welcome to check in. If we have guests checking out we need a few hours to clean the apartment so check in will be around 2PM. You can store your luggage in our office and go for a walk.
Check Out time
Check out time is before 12 noon. We offer late check outs were possible.
If we have no guests checking in to your apartment you are more than welcome to stay until your flight time. Let us know if you require a late check out and we'll let you know if it is possible
Nightly Rate Includes
City tax @ 5%
There are NO other charges. All internet, mini bar and everything else is complimentary.
Security deposit
We require a credit card guarantee for Euro 200 or the equivalent in cash.
There is no charge made to your card unless there are breakages or non returned keys.
If deposit is in cash we refund on departure if no breakages/ lost / non returned keys this is as well as the booking deposit of 20%
Extra guests / all Apartments:
The rates quoted are based on 1-2 people staying(except Chillout and HQ which is up to 6) Extra guests are charged at the following rates.Haven, Snug, Pad Euro 30 per extra guest per night.
All other apartments extra guests are charged at Euro 50 per guest per night up to the apartments maximum.
If in the advent you must cancel your reservation.
Cancellation earlier than 6 weeks before the arrival day 50% of the prepayment fee will be paid back.
Cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival day the prepayment will not be paid back.
A no show is subject to a 100% charge of the outstanding amount.
No excuse theses days for not contacting us.
We are sorry but refunds are not available for early check-out.
IF AFTER DEPOSIT IS PAID AND CONFIRMATION SENT YOUR GROUP NUMBER DROPS THE RATE QUOTED AT TIME OF BOOKING REMAINS THE SAME. THE NUMBER CAN INCREASE BUT NOT DECREASE

We do not accept personal cheques or travellers cheques.
Once your reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be made through AmsterdamEscape by phone (+31 20 3206402), by email or by online form.
We forward full detailed directions on how to find us by e-mail after reservation is confirmed.
